OK ME AND MEGARIGS DECIDED THAT SOME RULES WERE IN ORDER

1.first off…you can only build a city or area after consulting one of us or if we ask you to

2.if you wish to build a city you should have a picture drawn out for yourself on what it is going to look like otherwise nothing will get done (when I say picture I mean a drawing…it doesn’t have to be great as long as you know what u want in the area)

3.I know you all wish to have an awesome castle or something in your city that says you are in power…but the game just isn’t about that…its about the players…so don’t make stuff like that…if you wish to start a guild and make a guildhall go right ahead…but let me or mega know before you make it just this huge castle thing

4.ok neither me or mega will change anything in your city as long as it doesn’t get out of control…we will review your city and tell you if it needs anything or something is out of place….and we expect you to take our advice (no that does not mean you can have a certain style or fell to your city because we will respect that)

5.there will be absolutely NO giving out of free items

6.if you wish to hold a contest or tournament or something of that matter please let the other admins know so that we are not all confused on what is going on

7.and finally…you are given 5 chances at following the rules…if you break a rule and can prove it was by accident you will not be punished but if you know about the rules and break them and mega or I find out u will be docked a point (an trust me I am keeping track) after you hit 5 points your admin powers WILL be taken away…after a period of 1 month you can reapply and if you can prove you are responsible you will be given another chance….but instead of 5 points you have 1 chance if you screw up you wont be warned again your admin powers WILL BE GONE FOR GOOD
